        Should you encounter a problem with your Quilt Display Stand or any item you purchase from The Craftgard Co., we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.  If your quilt rack is not perfect out of the box, please contact us immediately and tell us about the problem.  Your Quilt Display Stand comes with a one-year warranty against defective parts.  But don’t worry, after the year is up we’ll still be here to help keep your stand in perfect working order for years to come.

         Replacement parts are easy to install and inexpensive.  If you have a problem identifying which part you need, please call or e-mail us.  To order a part please visit the Parts and Accessories section of this website.

         We understand that sometimes your stand may not return from a quilt show with all its parts.  That’s why we offer extra uprights (side legs), crossbars and carrying bags, and can be purchased on this website.
