Terms and ConditionsThe Craftgard Co. policy is to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason we cannot ship your order within that window we will contact you with the status of your order and keep you informed until the order is shipped. All sales are final. If the item you ordered and received is not perfect out of the box, please contact us. We will make every effort to ensure that if an item is defective or missing an element, it will be corrected swiftly and to your satisfaction. We do not charge your credit card until the day your item ships. Credits and rebates will be issued back to the same card used in the transaction. International shipments are subject to additional shipping costs and fees. UPS, for instance, charges a customs brokerage fee and local taxes in addition to the actual shipping cost. The U.S. Postal Service has proven to be a reliable international service and is often less expensive than the private delivery companies. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can discuss the best delivery option for your country. Or, if you prefer, we will contact you once the order has been placed. We will not actually process your order until we have agreed on the terms of shipment. Every country is different so we work on a custom option that is the right fit for you. |
